”V. Sattui Winery”

San Francisco is the most beautiful city in the world... Of course I am biased being that I am  a native.  I am proud to be a San Franciscan.   When my good friend and fellow photographer Christine Kreig invited me to go flying with her and pilot Michael Phillips, I immediately jumped at the chance.  We flew out of San Carlos Airport and followed the coastline all the way to San Francisco.  The weather was gorgeous.   Words cannot describe the feeling of what it was like hovering high above San Francisco.  It's like I died and went to heaven.

I met Debbie and Matt for the first time to photograph their engagement session at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena.  We instantly hit it off and had so much fun.  They are getting married next June, and flew here from Chicago to finish planning their wedding.  As you'll see, the Winery made a beautiful backdrop for a beautiful couple.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Despite the slumping economy, this year was a good year in photography for me. So I thought that I would treat myself to a “Midlife Crisis” car. I called my great friend and fellow photographer Sari Singerman . Sari’s brother Billy owns a car dealership, ”California Motors” in Marin. I’ve always wanted to own a Mercedes-Benz, and now I do. Car shopping is like having your teeth pulled, the salesmen circle you like vultures over a corpse. But salesman Laurent Martin, was awesome. He made the whole process very comfortable and fast without pressure. If your shopping for a car, I highly recommend “California Motors”. I Love my Mercedes:0)
